Brana has been painting for over a decade and has had many shows in Brooklyn, Tribeca, Chelsea and the Hamptons – including the Caelum Gallery. Her inspiration comes from the world around her and the emotional reaction it creates within. She is particularly drawn to interesting faces and unique combinations of color. The conflict of the individual versus society and society versus nature are some recurring themes in her work. The images she creates express the power held within every single woman as well as the fragility of our place within the ecosystem and on the planet.
In 2022, Brana had her first commercial collaboration with bag brand Stacy Kessler. The one-of-a-kind hand painted bags are now available for purchase online.
Brana has partnered with online platform, Caravan Wellness, to bring her guided art workshops to the public.
