Sino American Commerce Association Awards Gala
On April 22nd, 2022 I was invited to attend the Sino American Commerce Association Awards Gala in celebration of it’s new President Sir Gary Kong. The gala took place in Long Island, about an hour outside of New York City, at Leonard’s Palazzo. The venue was large and stately with many different sized chandeliers. The event started with a long, natural light, outdoor red carpet. We posed for quite some time.
The red carpet of the Sino American Commerce Association Awards Gala was followed by drinks at the bar and more pictures during the buffet. Dinner was served at the table after the buffet was taken away.
Many speeches were made during our dinner. A number of awards were given out to various notable individuals on behalf of the Sino American Commerce Association. My friend Skye won “model of the year”! My longtime acquaintance, Patrick McMullan, also won “photographer of the year”. What a happy night!
There were many other notable guests in attendance at the Sino American Commerce Association Awards Gala, including Mayor Eric Adams, Congressman Tom Suozzi and other New York politicians.
Myself and my two friends, Skye Stracke & Maxine Hoover, were lucky to be seated at the VVIP table; we had a great view of the many dancing and singing performances.
My favorite performance at the Sino American Commerce Association Awards Gala was performed by these dancing girls with their ribbons.
I wore a royal blue body-hugging cocktail dress with a peekaboo back, while my two friends matched in red.
They served coffee and tea with dessert, which is always necessary to settle the stomach! After tea, we danced together as a DJ played popular hits from the last decade.
Our car came only too soon. All in all, we had a wonderful time at the Sino American Commerce Association Awards Gala!
