Brana is a Model / TV Host / Sustainability Activist / Influencer
Brana Dane is a SupeRoleModel. She has appeared in numerous publications such as Porter Edit (cover story), Glamour, Vogue, the Cut and Refinery29. She has worked for some of the top brands including Maison Margiela, Herno, Samantha Sung, Dennis Basso, Stella Nolasco, Redken and more.
She is an active member of the fashion community and is one of the community builders in the model activist group, “Model Mafia”. Not only is she known as a model with a large following, but also as an activist who uses her influence for good. In addition to organizing on the ground, she has created and participated in numerous social media campaigns in concert with the Freelancers Union, the Model Mafia, Lonely Whale, Rainforest Alliance, the NY Governor’s Office, Lower Drug Prices Now and many other prominent organizations. Notably, she has also been seen on TV as a host for the fashion program, FNL Network on Amazon Prime, truly immersing herself in the industry from all angles.
In her spare time, Brana enjoys painting and writing. In fact, she just published her fifth poem in paperback and is working on art for her 3rd solo show in Chelsea, NYC. Her mission is to inspire others to be true to themselves and follow their own unique path. She shares her love of art with others by holding guided art workshops to promote emotional healing and body appreciation.
Brana believes that modeling is just another art form in which she is truly expressing herself authentically. Human understanding and embracing differences in every individual can give the freedom, space and opportunity for grace.
